Information uploaded by users is the responsibility of whoever registers it. RideKey does not by itself guarantee the absolute authenticity of all information entered by third parties.

Users are responsible for physically inspecting the bicycle and verifying the serial number before any purchase or transaction.

RideKey may update, modify or suspend platform features when necessary for its operation.
